Homemade Italian minced pork meatball recipe: try it out!

In the mood for comfort food? Terry Pomerantz gives us his homemade Italian minced pork meatball recipe.  A great way to warm your heart during colder days.

How to choose your minced pork meat

We are quite lucky in the Province of Quebec, since our cattle farms produce pork meat of exceptional quality!

Minced pork is made only from deboned pork meat, without rind.  Just like beef, extra lean minced pork contains less than 10% fat, lean is less than 17%, medium is less than 23% and regular less than 30%.

For his pork meatball recipe, Terry Pomerantz uses a lean meat, tastier and easier to roll into a ball than the extra lean.
